Scott is a finance and operations executive with more than 20 years of experience leading teams, improving organizational effectiveness, and supporting executive leadership within complex environments. He focuses on strengthening organizations through leadership, governance, and operational improvement. He has led multi-department teams, implemented process improvements, and supported strategic decision making across finance, operations, and regulatory functions.

Most recently, he served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer, where he guided the organization through a major transition. In that role he worked across departments to maintain operational stability, strengthen reporting processes, and ensure successful execution of organizational priorities.
